In Sports-day our house lost, as always. But invididually, I did fairly well: I came in the top 10 in the invidual championships. And because I did so well in the hurdles I was selected to represent, Elizabeth COllege at the Guernsey Inter-School Athletics Championships. And I came second there, meaning that I was chosen to represent Guernsey in the Inter-Insula against Jersey, [top 2 for each event are chosen]. So I miss a day of school on Thursday to go and run 80m and jump over some bits of plastic positioned less than a metre above the ground. Wish me luck against those Jersey toads!

As for the exam results, for the most part, I was happy with them, except art [69%] But that doesn't matter because I'm giving it up. And now I've had my last ever art lesson! Besides what we do in art can't be called art - it's simply a coalescence of scribbles and splodges of paint.
Other than that, overall, I beat Jonny, so that has just made my whole year worthwhile! He came pretty close though, and after my failure of an art exam - I think I was second or third lowest in our class - I was only just ahead of him. The final average score was:

Oli: 84%
